    Shipping & returns

    - Return & Exchange :

    • All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of One and Only Collective Inc.

    • Damaged or defective items must be reported to One and Only Collective Inc within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued by email once the return request has been approved. The RMA must be included in the shipment of returned items.

    • All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all tags in place. ie: in the condition it was received

    • Unauthorized returns and any merchandise returned with label changes or modifications will NOT be accepted.

    • The One and Only Collective Inc return department will inspect the returned items, and store credit will be issued accordingly.

    • Please Note: A 30% restocking fee shall be charged for items returned against the return policy if a deceision is made to accept the return

      - Shipping :

    • Orders are usually shipped between 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed. Please keep that in mind when placing orders.
    • Any preorders placed will be charged once the item comes in so long as it is not delivered later than the cancel date.
